This past summer while visiting friends in Port Ludlow, we fell in love with the Sequim/Port Angeles area.  We knew that we wanted to check out land in the area & possibly build a house at a later date.  We met with
Doug Hale & told him what we had in mind.  Doug checked the Internet and came up with several that met our criteria.  We piled in his car & looked at many possibilities over several days.  He treated us as if we were going to buy a mansion, and not just a piece of land.  We ultimately purchased a beautiful acre of land in Hidden Highlands, Port Angeles.  He was patient, and very professional.  It was like having a friend that was a Realtor.  After the deal closed escrow he was still there for us to answer questions on building procedures etc..  We've had several dealings in the past with very good to very bad Realtors, but the experience with Doug and your office was by far the best.

Thanks again to your office & more importantly to Doug.  We look forward to seeing him next summer.  We have several friends that are interested in property in your area, and you can be they'll be asking for Doug.

We would like to thank Zoe Horlick for going the extra mile for us as we were frantically looking for an affordable house in the Port Townsend area.  Zoe made room for us in her busy schedule and showed us houses at the drop of a hat.  She wrote up offers that we then changed our minds on and was so gracious to us and treated us like gold.  After just a few times meeting her we felt like "old friends" and felt we could trust her judgment and integrity.  She quickly found us the best house for our money and did her paperwork in a timely manner.

Zoe has been very faithful in her follow-up.  We would definitely ask her to work for us again if we are to buy and sell in the future.

Buying a home is the biggest purchase a person will make, and can be really stressful.  Because you took the time to find a house that fits our needs, and answer our questions, it wasn't stressful at all.  You made yourself available for us to call anytime (day or night) and consistently kept us informed about our transaction.  We never had to call and ask "When is the inspection? " or "Where's our appraisal? " etc.  You already had everything taken care of things and were always one step ahead of everyone.
